Blu ray audio vanished now Virgin Media installed. Worked when engineer worked. Using HDMI1 as source and also tried BS

Need some detail here, what does Virgin Media have anything to do with no audio on your BluRay player? Please edit the post and make it a bit more readable with details about what happened. How are things connected? Could the sound be routed though something else?
