You would need an optical SPDIF to RCA converter or an HDMI to RCA audio stripper. Sometimes copyright protection can get in the way of audio coming out right. Hit and miss if it works with your bluray player.
The BD player has coax digital out and the receiver analog audio inputs so you need a DAC like this one http/www.parts-express.com/parts-express-dac-digital-to-analog-converter-%2851-compatible%29--180-999
and a single coax digital cable and pair of analog RCA audio cables.
You may need to change the audio output of the BD player in the audio menu but it will work fine.
There is no copy protection on the digital audio output.
