Solved! Blue Screen after Disassembling

So a few days ago i formatted my system and then disassembled my laptop and cleaned out a pile of dust and applyed new thermo paste. I reassembled it and it worked fine for a few day. Now when i go to normally start it i get blue screen of 0x000000F4. Windows repair & if i try to boot from the windows cd it just turns off randomly.

So any ideas?

I'd open it back up and make sure everything is connected properly and such, i.e. that the heat sink is still firmly over the CPU. If everything looks good, it's acting like it could be the hard drive going out.
