Solution B B btk1w1 Mar 15, 2010 Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and rename mbam.exe to mbam.com If you are using Xp double click mbam.com to run. If you are using Vista or Win 7 right click and "Run as administrator" Try both in normal mode or Safe mode and let us know if you still get the blue screen.
