Question My blue snowball ice is too quiet

I have had my blue snowball ice for about a year. I recently had a problem with the microphone not hearing my voice. The only thing it can hear is if the face of the microphone hits a surface.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. As if 2023 there are no new driver updates. I have tried everything online
