bluetooth hearing aids not streaming on SmartHub on Samsung 525D

We are streaming TV sound without a problem into Rexton hearing aids. When we switch to SmartHub (Netflix) the transmission to the hearing aids changes to a 'motorboat engine' static. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance!

Update: streaming is working with other SmartHub apps, specifically U-Tube, so the problem is in Netflix. I talked to Netflix to figure out how to change Netflix sound settings, but could not obtain any assistance from them. Does anyone have any expertise?
