Bluetooth paring soundbar

Bluetooth adapter connects to iphone .sound bar will play music but I'm not sure how to get my panasonic viera tv to connect to awesomeware soundbar bar. Glover adapter has Tx-Rx .solid blue light, that's goodone and on soundbar.
Music plays from iPhone to soundbar,but how to get tv to connect. All signs are connected but the tv . TY

If u have to ask, your TV probably doesn't have BT, u may have to purchase a BT TRANSMITTER. Can't do it with cable? the SB right next to TV right?
