Bluetooth universal audio transmitter

Trying get to hook speakers up to my Samsung 60 inch smart TV un60j6200af to put on my patio.bought a nice stanmore speaker 300.00 best buy sold me this aluratek Bluetooth transmitter I was so happy when I left best buy thinking I could do this but. I have followed all instructions numerous trys with no luck on pairing this nice speaker to my TV to hear music from my tv. I'm not the most electronic savy person. Any suggestions?

Try first to pair the speaker with your phone / tablet / laptop, to make sure you're getting the speaker side OK. Once you do that, plug the transmitter into your phone / laptop, and try to pair it with the speakers. Leave the TV when everything works fine.

Try pairing it right next to the TV. The outside location may be out of range for the BT transmitter. Even if you get it to pair you may still lose the connection outside.
