Boot manager problem

So I decided to swap the hdd of my laptop to ssd. I already have a copy of windows 10 and have a bootable flash drive but boot manager only gives me the option for efi pxe network as a boot option. Am I missing something?

Try changing the settings in the BIOS to make the USB drive (assuming it is a USB drive) as the first item that loads. This should let it work.
