Booting error issue

Hi again so yesterday my laptop windows 10 did an update and today when booting i got a blue screen error code 0xc000000f saying your computer needs repair, a componentes may be damaged. After i pressed f8 (i think) which says booting with diferentes OS it got to password i typed it and it worked fine. I only have win 10 so idk why it even worked my machine is on now and i dont know what happened or what i should do! Thanks in advance!

Well i uninstalled all the updates made yesterday, shut off my laptop and after 5 minutes i reboot and the error didnt happen. Hope someone can explain to me what happened please i am really worried.
