Good morning all

This is a relative silly issue and I know I am going to kick myself but....

I have a brand new Acer Extensa out the box
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ZA/content/support-product/6367?b=1&pn=DT.X0MEA.004
It has Windows 10 on but I need to reload this with Windows 7 as our company has a volume license.
When I boot off my custom win7 usb, which works perfectly on other thousands of other computer or whether I use a uncustomized DVD in a external rom or a the fitted rom, I get the same issue.

Win7 loads and I land on the page where I have to change my country, only to discover that my USB keyboard and mouse, that works perfectly, does not work on this on the unit.
The LED lights react but the keys and mouse movements have not response.

Now I suspect that both USB and DVD do not contain the correct USB drivers which is the only thing I suspect could be wrong, but then how do I point the OS at this point to the USB3 drivers.

Any and all suggestions appreciated

Thanks

Gideon
