Broadcast live video w/ sound from my desktop to my website

I want to live broadcast different videos from my site.

Someone else might see this, so it's always good to share how you did it.

Personally I like using Yawcam for streaming - not sure about sound, but there are loads of applications (something like XPcam or something) that can do that too.
