broke connectors in back of blu ray player

I broken the red and yellow ends of my video and audio cable in the connection ports on the back of my Magnavox blu ray player. how can I get them out?

some people use things like superglue to try and adhere as well. other people just give up and replace the jack. depends on how bad its stuck in there honestly.
