Broken power cord piece

I broke the plastic part around the power cord on my Sony computer. Now the power cord needs to be held in the perfect position to charge it. What is the name of the plastic part so I can replace it?

The plastic part is NOT the problem, its the charging socket that will need changing and its NOT cheap...
