broken speaker jack on home theater system

the area in the back of my home theater system were I hook up the speaker wire it loose. 3 out of the 6 places were there were color coded liltte clips borke off how do i fix it, the system model number is ESDVD100

ok so i unscrew the old terminal, connect the new, and solder it? is there a guide or pictures to help me

did not find any video but the best it to remove 1 cable at the time and solder it to the new terminal and make shure if it was a red one you solder it to red and black goes to black that is ground and red are the live one .
