Dropped tablet face down off table now it doesn't program any more tried to shut off doesn't Work broken screen just light s up numbers board comes up .

First, replace the screen. If that does not help, something else inside is broken. Depending on the tablet, it may be cheaper to replace it than repair it. Most of the time, unless you really need to get files from internal storage, it's cheaper to replace it.
