Solved! Bsod error code c000021a

Hello,
i need help,i have bsod that wont let me do anything,it wont even let me start in safe mode,or last known good config,im runnin windows xp on a lg x110 laptop any help would be great than x

It's an issue with the kernel, i.e. the root of the operating system. You may have to reinstall the OS.
