If u can,test with XP or with Aero disabled,if it didn't help then RMA your notebook.

its normaly just a software glitch, the best thing is to reinstall the OS using your discs or have a read in your manual how to do that some laptops
dont need cds
if you still get this error even after a clean install then a new hard drive is needed.

I figured its just another Vista problem. I plan on upgrading to Win7 in a few months.
