I run chkdsk, on drive C, where windows is installed, and that didn't help. Can you help me?

Hit F8 like you were going to Safe Mode and select "last known good" boot option. If that does not help, you could try running a Repair setup of windows after booting off a Windows disk. You may need to contact the laptop vendor to get one if you did not make one or get one with the system or don't know anyone with the same brand of laptop or that has a generic Microsoft disk of the same Windows version as yours.
