Budget Laptop Around $200

My friend is looking for a general use laptop for around $200 to get through the rest of college. No gaming requirements necessary, just internet, decent speed and word processing capability.

Hes looked into it and have narrowed it down to these 3 options

Unfortunately the CPU on those laptops are pretty anemic.

This is about the cheapest laptop I can find that I would say will comfortably see you through 4 years of school. You'd get a boost from adding 4GB of memory to it as well.
