Budget laptop help, deciding between two.

Friend of mine gave me a task to find him a decent semi-gaming laptop that will be able to play FIFA 15 on med settings. I found two, with exactly same price ram and disk. Only difference is that one got nVidia 740m and Pentium 3550m and the second one got i3 4000 and AMD 8750m. So which one is better solution?

Note: He plays FIFA, PES, Minecraft and LOL

The 740 vastly outperforms the 8750, the i3 outperforms the i3 4000. I think the 740m laptop would provide higher frames, the pentium should be sufficent.
