building a dell precision 15 7000...photoshop is my main use

im building a dell precision 15 7000...photoshop is my main use ...i plan on doing some upgrades in the future..so ram and size of hard drive is unimportant...there are options for video card:AMD FirePro™ W5170M w/2GB GDDR5, Nvidia® Quadro® M1000M w/2GB GDDR5, and
Nvidia® Quadro® M2000M w/4GB GDDR5...and hd interface...is M.2 PCIe NVMe High Performance Solid State Drive that much better than M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive when it comes to my application? and is UHD that much better than FHD when it comes to the 15" monitor..sorry for my ignorance but advances happen so fast i am not good at keeping up

about 2500 that includes the price for the 27" monitor...dell gives discounts at check out...im more concerned with best matchup for photoshop and not spending money o things i dont need or will ever use
