Building my first pc

Hi guys first things first im new to this so go easy on me. Im thinking about building my first gaming computer. I have done some research myself but have been advised to ask on here to see what you guys think of the rig i am going to compose:
Case- Zalman z9-u3
Power- xfx 750
Hard drive- seagate barracuda 1TB
Ram- Hyperx fury 8GB
Motherboard- Asus Maximus v11Ranger
Processor- I5-4690
Graphics card- Geforce GTX 780
Operating system- Windows 7

Any suggestions guys or feed back is more than welcome and also if anyone can tell me off the bat if all these items will be compatible with each other.

That should be good, but the PSU is overkill you only need a 500-550w PSU, unless you plan to add another card in the future.

Hi - I'm assuming this is a gaming rig, so take Shane's advice & get a good quality 550w PSU and
if the diff in $$ is enough upgrade the i5-4690 to the 4690k

I would suggest getting a solid state drive with your hard drive. The solid state drive will make your pc boot a lot faster and you could use the hard drive to store all you documents, picture, etc. I bought an ssd and it made my pc go from a 2 minute boot to a 20 second boot.
