Built-In Bluetooth Speakers in Apartment

My new apartment has built in Bluetooth speakers. They provided me with a Bluetooth USB attached to a plug-in cable that both connect to the wall.

The problem is that our smart TV doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities. I looked into Bluetooth receivers but I don't know how I would make them communicate with each other since they are both, essentially, receivers.

Usually with tv you need to be a very specific adapter if any available,
