My place of work is looking for ceiling tile speakers four of them one for each corner of the room. They would like to have sirius xm play through it for the customers to listen to while they eat. So my question since im the one tasked to find a solution where do i start? We operate in york pennsylvania and whenever i type in ceiling tile speakers i get either 8 easy steps to install which wont work they specificly want a professional to install it, or i find car radio installation which is not even close. Also im unsure what i need to make their siruis xm work through the speakers. Please help even if its only with part of the question. (Apologies for poor wording its a odd question to ask.)

I would highly recommend these Sonance speakers.

They spread the sound out evenly over a wide area so you don't get loud spots. They look and sound good too. You can install them yourself. They make brackets for mounting them to a drop ceiling grid. The installation manual is quite good. Running the wire will be more work. They are tolerant of mounting position but the corners would not be best. If you think of them as light fixtures they would be mounted out from the corners to evenly cover the room.
To drive them you can get one Sonos ConnectAmp to drive all four speakers.

You can access an online Sirius/XM account with it as well as thousands of internet radio stations and streaming services. Some like Soundmachine are legal for commercial use. You can also play music files on any drive. Control is via free computer, tablet, and phone app.
Other options would be to use a computer to access Sirius/XM and connect that to an amplifier that can drive 4 speakers. Would not need to be more than 30-50 watts for background volume. An old stereo receiver or amp would work.
