Hey guys, I need some help on buying a gaming laptop. I have looked around for ages and it's frustrating to find a perfect laptop! >.<

I'm looking to spend no more than AU$1500. I would prefer a laptop between 15 and 17". Preferably over 4400mAh 6v battery would be good, however this is optional. I want to play games like Black Ops, Star Craft 2, Dragon Age and WoW on medium (or maybe even high) settings. I might also do some basic video and photo editing, but its more for gaming and watching movies and browsing the net etc. The hard drive has to be at least 630gb.

Also I live in Australia :)

Thanks for the help guys! :)

I used that thread as my guide. I don't care what brand it's from, as long as it's a big brand I don't mind. And I want it to be light however it doesn't really matter.

Velocitymicro.com has one in your price range, except the graphics card is a little weak, and the highest capacity HDD is 320gb.
Digitalstormonline.com has a better one, just 50 dollars over your budget with a 500 GB HDD, a good graphics card, and light weight. Just change the CPU to the i5-540m, or the i7-640m(I thought i7 was only quad core and above...?) or else you'll be left wanting. http://www.digitalstormonline.com/laptoploadsaved.asp?id=402666 is the link to build the computer.
This one's a little expensive. I have a hard time recommending this because the upgraded parts are terribly marked up. http://stealthmachines.com/quality/build/customizeNotebooks.php?computerid=12

This one here is pretty solid. Just under $100 over your budget, but still worth what it costs. It also has a single 750GB HDD available.

Hmm that last laptop (the one from maingear) looks pretty sweet. I customized it so its $18 over my budget but that's fine with me. If there are ANY other suggestions that would be wonderful. Otherwise I'm leaning towards the Maingear eX-L15.

I asked them about shipping and they only said they accept cards in the US/Canada and the only way I can purchase a machine from overseas is by wire transfer.

Hmm that laptop isn't bad, but I wouldn't mind spending an extra few hundred dollars on something with an i5 or i7 and a more powerful GPU instead of that 420m.

The new Nvidia mobile GPU's just came out didn't they?

OK.
So how much will shipping, GST and import duty cost you?

I just found another laptop near my location, so I didn't check ^_^
But I had $100 dedicated to shipping and GST etc.

I AM SO HAPPY! :D Because all these new laptops just came and now I have much more variety.

This is the laptop:
