Samsung
First of all - Samsung is a high regarded brand. Secondly both laptops are not that great for gaming, but for WoW its pretty okay. Samsung has the AMD A8 CPU which is an APU based CPU designed for graphic intensive work on a small form factor. The AMD A8 has 4 physical cores compared to Intel's 2 physical cores which can duplicate themselves into 2 virtual cores creating 4 total cores.

I am quite sure that you gave the wrong specifications for the Samsung one - It cannot be Intel Integrated Graphics on that AMD system. If it definitely is then consider the following laptop -

It has a built in GPU which will always beat the Intel Integrated Graphics

8 GB DDR3 System Memory at 1600 MHz (4 GB x 2)
AMD Quad-Core A8-4500M Accelerated Processor (1.9 GHz, 4 MB L2 Cache)

AMD Radeon™ HD 7640G Graphics
Shared with System Memory
Just found this stuff for the samsung.
Wouldnt the 2.5 be faster than the 1.9 for games? Or is it the cores thats important even if the processor is slower?

Go with AMD. A8 Has better integrated graphics than the i3 will have and will consume less power. It has plenty of CPU power to play games. The i3 would probably be better in number crunching our audio/video encoding than the A8 will be but if you're only picking from the 2 you have listed for gaming, go with the A8

Also, if you can spare/save an extra $30 you might want to check this one out:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314119

It comes with dedicated graphics (dedicated 8750m with 2gb ram should be enough juice for WOW and the like) and the A8-5557M(which is a generation newer as well as 2.1hz) which would be the best of both worlds for near your price range.
