Buying a receiver, i have 2 options, what do you recommend?

I'm replacing my old pioneer receiver because it's failing, and i have only 2 options to choose from, i've searched everywhere but these were the only 2 at this price point i could find:

-Sony STRDH550

-Pioneer VSX-531

Which would you say is better?

Exactly, i'm not in the us, it's really difficult to find decent receivers at decent prices where i live. Those 2 are the only ones in my budget.

Features is the only difference.

The Pioneer has Bluetooth.
The Sony is 5.2, allowing for a second subwoofer.

Both are fairly similar and decent receivers. The big difference to me the Pioneer has Bluetooth. If that's important to you get the Pioneer.
