Buying a VPN, help please.

Hello guys, a friend of mine bought a tunnel contract before 1 year and now it's expired, we used to use a program called ''Open-VPN connect''

Problem is that i don't know where to buy the contract, i also want it to be for 2 users.
Mainly i don't know how to buy a contract or sort the setting out.
Please help!

Most well known service is this one, doesn't use OpenVPN software though.

OpenVPN requires at least purchasing 10 licenses I believe.
