Buying Gaming Laptop

Guys i just saw a few offers for gaming laptops and there were at a very nice price.
The important comonents are those :
CPU: Intel i3-4100M
GPU: Nvidia GTX 950M
RAM: 8GB 1600 Mhz Memory
Storage: 500Gb sshd

Is anything ok? Should i change the GPU to a GT 940 (which is worse) and the CPU into a i5-4210M (which is better)?

I would go with the better gpu, a better gpu will give you more gaming performance then a better cpu.

The cpu will be the bottleneck. The gpu is ok depending on the games you play and the settings.

I would upgrade the CPU to the i5-4210m if you can afford it. The max speed of the i3-4100m is 2.5GHz. The i5-4210m can reach up to 3.2GHz when only one core is used, but when both cores are used the max speed will likely be around 3.0GHz.

The gpu is good but I would upgrade the cpu as it will struggle to run those games well.
