Buzzing noise in headphones microphone even when the computer is grounded

Hello guys, i've been facing an annoying problem which is microphone buzzing when recording and it turned out to be a grounding issue, so i grounded my computer and the buzzing did not stop but to be honest the buzzing noise has been lower and there is a whistling noise and some white noise, i tried diffrent headphones and the noise is still there, i hope i find the solution
