bypassing forgotten password samsung RV511

I was given a beater laptop by a friend who because of a new purchase had negleted the latter thus forgetting his password all together. Its a samsung RV511. At boot theres no boot priority option. This has made it harder to get going. I have an ability to go into edit boot options pressing f5 fn and windows allowing it, but can I bypass it this way?
