Cable TV Frequency Mapping

Hello,
I want to Know a device that has IF Tuner Card for Analogue CATVision Bw 85 MHz. Then Map the Frequency allocated by the Cable TV Operator for each TV Channel. Each of these channels Thumbnail pictures to be recorded contineously in a mosaic pattern. The recorder should be accessible from remote locations by TCP/IP ******
