Coax capable DVR.

I have a coax cable coming straight out of the wall into a Sansui TV with an SDTV tuner. Channels available are both analog and digital. The TV also has video and audio input RCA jacks.

I would like to get a Digital Video Recorder that will work in this system.

You will need a DVR with a built in tuner. The one mentioned above doesn't have a tuner and won't accept the HDCP encoded HDMI output of an external one. One like this is more like what you need.

Not sure if this one will work with analog TV though. There are many to chose from including the TIVO Bolt and Channel Master. These are more expensive but have a lot more functions and support,
