Can someone please tell me how to get ALL UPCOMING appointments to show on
the today screen? Example, It is NOW Sunday.. I have an appointment on
Tuesday and none on today and Monday, but yet it does not show on my screen?

Thanks in advance for your help

There are a few options, check the newsgroup archives, they've been posted
several times
in the past. Some are free.

I like tAgenda after trying a few of these programs, it's quite configurable
and can show tasks, appointments and you can configure the number of lines
it uses, and the number of lines per day. It can be set to show or hide days
without appointments.
TaskPlus, Calendar, and Calendar+ are others I recall trying.

Try a few to see what suits you. Here are a couple of links:

But do try the newsgroup archives or a web search.

Calendar+ is free, will do this and works really well.

I agree wholeheartedly. The weekly and monthly calendar views of Pocket
Informant are my mainstay.

I have Pocket Informant too, perhaps you can explain how you set it in the
way requested by the OP?

He wants to display appointments on the Today screen. I'll be interested in
seeing how PI performs this task, I've not come across this particular
function.

I meant in PI itself, not on the Today screen. But, there must be apps that
show multilple days on the Today screen, no?

Read my post earlier in the thread for a few of the programs that can do
this, as the OP asked.

In article <ekTfcHr2EHA.3236@TK2MSFTNGP15.phx.gbl>,
baysharks@zoominternet.net says...

I just happen to have the same appointment stucture in my calendar as you
describe above and Tuesday's appointment show on my Today screen (iPaq
4350). While it doesn't show ALL upcoming appointments (how could it?) it
does show the NEXT appointment, even if it's days in advance.
