call problem in samsung galaxy grand

I have a Samsung galaxy grand phone. I am unable to here anything durig incoming & outgoing calls sometimes..if I insert my sim in other mobile I can di calls easily...is there any solutuon..plz help

Likely a defective speaker. Send it back for repair.
