Camon C8 Charging Problem

My Tecno C8 was showing charging but not increasing in percentage,but reducing.Now it's out.The above reboot process failed. Attempt to replace the battery also failed because the challenge still exist. Your kind guide will be appreciated.

Did you try another charger and USB cable? Eventually another power outlet?
