Can I able to upgrade i5 3210m cpu to Core i7-3632QM on my laptop they both are similar in dimensions

I have i5 3210m CPU with A10 bios, laptop Dell Inspiron 15 3520, I want to change the CPU to i7-3632QM Both i5 3210m and i7 3632QM are of same dimensions

doubtful, Dell is famous for making motherboards for i3/i5 but not i7 unless a XPS model.
will it fit, well firstly you will have to take laptop apart and see if the CPU currently in it is not welded to the main board, but mounted on a socket (not likely but possible) and then put the I7-3632QM in its place and boot to see if it work. quite possibly it will not.

There are some laptop processors that will fit in sockets, and there are some motherboards that will accommodate them.
Best to see if you can identify the processors, then look for motherboards or laptops that are compatible.
Since you have them already separate, they may be the type that can be reused.
Unless the cpus are of recent vintage it may not be worth the effort to reuse them.
Someone on ebay may buy the whole lot from you.
