Can I backup from WM2000 and restore to WM2003SE?

I just got a hx4700 and am giving my old h3670 to a salesman who just needs
the contacts and such. Can I backup the 3670 through ActivSync and restore
to the 4700?

No - it's another operating system and many things have changed. You
will have to reinstall all things you got.

Thanks, you are right. But I was able to copy everything in the sync folder.
I just copied it to the new folder.

Copying is fine - also, synchronize with Outlook on your PC, upgrade
and resynch the appointments and contacts right back on your PPC
