Just buy any used Android phone and connect it to your WiFi. Or better yet, a tablet which is made for exactly what you are trying to do.

My question was is it TracFone able to Wi-Fi without being connected to any network.. wanting that size for a child to use.. I do not want a tablet..

Thanks for info but I would not go with Amazon due to the fact that Amazon is not Google Play and that is not the games they would want..just wanting to know about a TracFone.. the have Galaxy 6 and they have tablets.. just needing to replace one of the Galaxy 6 with a cheap model for YouTube.. which is not compatible with Amazon either..thanks for everyone's feedback.
