Can I disable Multi Window on my Galaxy S3?

Update 4.1.2 for T Mobile's Galaxy S3 has caused me a lot of frustration so far, but the thing I hate the most is the addition of the new multi window software.

I've been looking for a way to disable the app for an hour and I can't find any way to do this. I despise that little blue tab that likes to stick out and block access to my apps. I'm typing up this forum post from my phone right now and its actually covering a few keys.

This feature is frustrating the hell out of me. Please tell me there's a way to disable it.
