Can I get Sims 3 on a Toshiba laptop?

I don't know much about computers and stuff, but I do have a Toshiba laptop.

Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3050
@ 1.60GHz

1.85 GB usable

System type: 64-bit operating system, X64 based processor

I don't have any games on my computer yet, although I do want to get the Sims 3. If there is a problem, can you tell me what it is and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

The Celeron and it's Intel HD (Brasswell) graphics core is a budget CPU. However, based on the benchmark for the Sims 4 in the following link, it should be able to play the Sims 3 on low settings.
