Solved! Can I Hold Onto My SD Card During Repair?

My screen and OLED on my Samsung S8 recently got damaged and we will be sending it to Samsung for repair. I don't really like the idea of them looking through my files, is it possible I can just keep my SD card during the repair? Will they still need my password if I remove it? Thank you if you can help answer my question!

Of course you can take out the SD card. They should let you know if they need the password removed or not, they may need it to test functionality.
