Can I hook my list on electronics speaker to my Haier tv

I have a kustom electronics speaker can I hook it up to my Haier flat screen tv

You could, but is the speaker you have, passive (needs amplifier), or active (built in amp)?

Without the model numbers you can't get an exact answer.
If your TV has a variable audio output or headphone output and your speaker is active then you just need a cable.
If the TV has a digital audio output then you would need an digital to analog converter.
If the TV has a fixed analog output or a digital output you would have to control the volume at the speaker. The TV remote would not control the volume.
