can i move apps to external sd card if my lg l70 is not rooted

I have a metropcs lg optima l70 and bought 2 sd cards to put games and big files on, can i without root or unlocking my phone. Im afraid i will turn it into a brick what should i do

Not as far as I'm aware. All the methods I know of require root access.
