Processor - Intel i5 6th gen( 6500U )@ 2.4 Ghz with Turbo Boost upto 3.0 Ghz
RAM - 8 GB DDR4
GPU - AMD Radeon R5 M430

Here is syndicate played on a M330. The M330 is a little more powerful then the 430 but only 2gb, but that wouldn't help in syndicate.
As you can see its like a slow motion 10fps.

Unfortunately It will still run very poorly on an R5 M430 as well, you are better off getting a desktop computer, or a more powerful laptop, sorry.
