Can I play COD on a Dell Inspiron?

I have a dell 15 5000 I7 16GB RAM With and R7 Radeon dedicated graphics card , do you guys think I will be able to play game such as COD 4 Remastered or MW2 ?

The Radeon R7 M445 is about the same as a nVidia 940m which is to say it is not very powerful compared to other dedicated GPUs. COD MW2 should not be a problem since it came out in 2009. As for COD Remastered... it has the same requirements as COD IW and the Radeon R7 M445 does not perform very well in that game. See link below for some game benchmarks.
