Can i play games with this?

Im going to buy a laptop with:4th Gen. Intel Core i3-4005U 1.70 GHz, 8GB RAM 1TB HDD, Intel HD Graphics 4400.Will i be able to play games such as League of Legends / World of Warcraft / Lineage atleast on medium settings?

no. low settings at best for Wow at least, if you can play at all.

Assuming 1366x768 resolution.... You should be able to play LoL on very high graphic settings. WoW perhaps at medium settings, probably not good enough for raids. Based on the system requirements for Lineage 2, I think you can play with medium settings.
