Intel core i7. Can I play gta 5 on it

depends on weather yours has a dedicated graphics card or now

It's playable at 720p on iGPUs Broadwell and newer at low settings. Having 2 sticks of RAM helps out integrated graphics tremendously.

If it's Sandy/Ivy Bridge or older, I wouldn't bother.
