Can I play GTA V on this PC?

I have a Windows 8, 64-bit, with 8GB RAM, AMD A-8 6500 APU, and 3.5gHz. AMD Radeon 8570D graphics card..could I run GTA V on this with low to medium graphics? Please help

The GPU is the one which comes with that APU. Expect nothing more than playable conditions in the least/low possible settings.
